Description

A structured Engineering Learnership Programme (18.2) for unemployed individuals to gain hands-on experience and a nationally recognized Artisan qualification in various trades within the mining industry. The programme includes both off-the-job and workplace training.

Responsibilities

• Completing the structured training programme to gain the necessary skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Matric/ Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy), Physical Science and English (all with minimum 40% pass), OR
• NCV Level - 4 in appropriate trade with all subjects passed with a minimum 40% pass OR
• N3 or higher with all subjects as per the specific Discipline requirements below:
• Boilermaker Plater: Plating & Structural Steelwork/Welders Theory and Plating, Structural & Steelwork Drawings
• Electrical: Electrical Trade Theory /Electrotechnology/ Electrotechnics and Industrial Electronics, or Engineering Drawings
